About Boxing & Fitness
Fighting Lyons Boxing program caters for all levels of student, whether they are beginners or advanced. We offer a non contact technical boxing class for children aged 7-12 that teaches kids confidence, discipline and builds fitness. Our adult class is aged 13+ upwards and both levels are run Monday through to Thursday.
We also run a Boxing cardio class for the people who are more focused on improving their fitness, rather than technical boxing.
We also offer High Intensity Integrated Training (HIIT) classes throughout the week for those who want an intensive, fat burning, class.
